How do I place my order?

or use the Shipping & Delivery / Do you offer delivery? We deliver nationwide and offer worldwide shipping, so remember to send us your full address including post/zip code to receive an exact quote. Smaller items can be delivered within 48hrs. Please enquire for further details. *UK Furniture/ Large painting deliveries take time to arrange and coordinate, so place your order at least 7 -10 days ahead of your expected delivery date. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards via Stripe checkout including American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover and Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard and Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also automatically enabled. Payment in pound sterling can also made via bank wire transfer. All items are priced in (GBP) pounds sterling. What happens once I have placed an order? Once your payment has been made, you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail and your order will be dispatched within 24 hours, unless otherwise arranged. Furniture orders: UK deliveries take approx 7 - 10 days and our courier will contact you to arrange the date and time of your delivery. A two hour time slot will be given by our courier for the agreed date of delivery. Can I reserve an item? You can request to reserve any item for a maximum of 7 days unless otherwise arranged.
